Luxury vinyl plank, porcelain tile, engineered wood and laminate, installed flat and quiet on Central Florida slabs. Tear-out, leveling and underlayment are part of the quote.
Great floors start below the floor
Hollow spots, planks that click, cracked tile and gaps along the baseboards nearly always trace back to one thing: prep that was skipped. Most Orlando homes are built on concrete slabs that are rarely flat enough for long planks or large-format tile straight out of the box.
We pull the old floor, grind the high spots, level the low ones and check flatness before anything goes down. Where a moisture barrier or sound underlayment is needed, it is included, and if your HOA or condo board asks for product specs we send them.
You end up with clean transitions between rooms, undercut door jambs, fresh baseboards or quarter round, and a floor that stays flat and quiet for years.
Every flooring job includes
- Removal and disposal of old carpet, tile or wood
- Slab grinding and self-leveling where needed
- Moisture barrier and sound-rated underlayment
- Door jamb undercuts, transitions and thresholds
- Baseboards or quarter round installed and painted

What is the best flooring for an Orlando home?
For most households, luxury vinyl plank or porcelain tile. Both shrug off humidity and spills; LVP is warmer and quieter, tile lasts longest. Engineered wood is a good choice for dry living areas.
How much does floor installation cost in Orlando?
Labor starts from $2.50 per sq ft for LVP, $6 for porcelain tile and $4 for engineered wood. Old tile removal and leveling are priced separately when needed.
Do you remove the old floor?
Yes. Tear-out and disposal of carpet, tile or wood are included in the quote, with dust control and protection for the rest of the house.
Can LVP go over my existing tile?
Sometimes, if the tile is flat and solid and the extra height works at doors and transitions. Often removal gives a better, longer-lasting result and we will tell you which applies.
How long does it take?
A few rooms or a typical house section take 1–4 days after materials arrive. Tile and self-leveler add curing time, which is built into the schedule.
Do you supply the flooring?
Either way works: we can source material at contractor pricing, or install what you have already purchased.
