Walk-in showers, tub-to-shower swaps, large-format tile and new vanities for Orlando homes. One crew from demo day to the final walkthrough and a written price that does not change.
Built right behind the tile, not just on it
The tile is what you see; the waterproofing behind it decides whether the bathroom lasts. Every shower we build gets a continuous membrane, a proper slope to the drain and sealed niches, so you do not discover a soft wall or a stained ceiling a year later.
Many Orlando homes from the 1990s and 2000s still have the original garden tub, cultured-marble vanity and builder tile. Swapping that tub for a walk-in shower is our most common request, and it often makes the room feel twice as big.
One crew handles demo, waterproofing, tile, vanity, glass, lighting and paint. Plumbing and electrical go through licensed partners with permits when required, and we take care of the HOA paperwork if your community asks for it.
Every bathroom remodel includes

What does a bathroom remodel cost in Orlando?
A refresh with a new vanity, lighting, fixtures and paint starts around $6,000. A full remodel down to the studs starts around $15,000. Glass, tile choice and moving plumbing make the biggest difference.
How long will my bathroom be out of service?
Usually about 2–3 weeks of work once materials are on site. Special-order vanities or glass can add lead time before we start, never in the middle of the job.
Can you replace my garden tub with a walk-in shower?
Yes, it is one of our most common projects. We remove the tub, rebuild and waterproof the area, and install a low-curb or curbless shower with a niche, bench if you want one, and glass.
Do I need a permit?
Cosmetic work usually does not. Moving plumbing or electrical does, and that part is permitted and done by licensed partners.
What if it is our only bathroom?
Tell us at the estimate. We order everything in advance and sequence the work to keep the downtime as short as possible.
