High-gloss metallic epoxy that looks like poured marble for homes, shops and offices, plus flake and polyaspartic systems for garages near the coast.
Metallic floors that look like stone.
Garage floors that work hard.
Most of our epoxy work falls into two categories. Pick one to see systems, prices and recent projects.
One seamless surface from wall to wall
Epoxy is a resin system that bonds to concrete and cures into a single, non-porous surface. No grout, no seams, nothing for spills, sand or humidity to work into.
For interiors, most clients want metallic epoxy: pearl and metallic pigments poured and shaped by hand into marble-like movement under a clear, deep topcoat. No two floors look alike.
Garages need something tougher, especially near the ocean where salt air and sun work on every surface. There we use flake epoxy and UV-stable polyaspartic systems over diamond-ground, moisture-tested concrete.
Every epoxy floor includes
- Diamond grinding and dust-controlled vacuum
- Crack, joint and spall repair
- Moisture test and the right primer for your slab
- Color samples before we start
- Clear, UV-stable topcoat and care instructions

Metallic vs flake
vs polyaspartic
Different spaces need different systems. A quick comparison — we'll confirm after testing your slab.
| System | Look | Best for | Back in use | From |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Metallic epoxy | Glossy marble / liquid metal | Living rooms, condos, showrooms, salons, offices | Walk ~24 h, furniture in a few days | $8 / sq ft |
| Flake epoxy | Textured granite-like chips | Garages, laundry rooms, workshops | Walk ~24 h, park in several days | $1,200 / garage |
| Polyaspartic | Clear, UV-stable gloss or flake | Open garages, workshops | Walk in hours, park in ~1–2 days | $5.25 / sq ft |
| Solid color epoxy | Clean single color | Warehouses, gyms, commercial kitchens | 1–3 days | quote |
Any system can be finished as a non-slip coating with an anti-slip aggregate in the topcoat — common for ramps, wash bays and commercial kitchens.
From bare concrete to a finished floor
Most projects take 2–4 days including cure time.

Epoxy flooring cost in Jacksonville
Price depends on square footage, slab condition and the system you choose.
Starting prices for typical Duval, St. Johns and Clay counties projects. Your fixed price is set after a free on-site visit and slab test.
How much does epoxy flooring cost in Jacksonville?
Metallic epoxy starts from about $9 per sq ft; a flake garage floor starts from about $1,350 for one car and $2,250 for two.
Does epoxy hold up near the beach?
Yes. In garages near the ocean that stay open we use UV-stable polyaspartic topcoats, because plain epoxy yellows in sun and salt air.
Will it peel from hot tires?
Not when the slab is diamond-ground and properly primed. Peeling is almost always a prep problem.
Can you make it look like marble?
Yes. We hand-work metallic epoxy into veins and movement and show you sample boards before the pour.
Do you coat commercial floors?
Yes: showrooms, salons, barbershops, offices and workshops, quoted after a site visit.
