What makes a paint job last

The paint is the last 20% — the prep is everything

A paint job looks good from across the room on day one. What separates a professional result is what you see up close a year later: no flashing patches, no cracked caulk, no tape-pulled edges, no paint on the outlets.

We fill and sand every nail hole and crack, caulk trim joints, spot-prime repairs and cut lines by hand. In bathrooms and kitchens we use mildew-resistant finishes made for Florida humidity; on trim and doors, a hard enamel that stands up to cleaning.

Whether it's a single accent room, a full condo before a move-in, or a house with high ceilings, you get one fixed price, one crew and a clean home at the end of each day.

Every painting job includes

  • Furniture moved and covered, floors masked
  • Nail holes, dents and cracks filled and sanded
  • Caulking of trim and baseboard joints
  • Spot-priming of repairs and stains
  • Two finish coats, hand-cut lines, final touch-up walk

FAQ

Painting questions

Another question? Call or text (657) 727-6100.

How much does it cost to paint a condo in Miami?

It depends on the size, ceiling height, wall condition and number of colors. Send photos and room sizes for a same-day estimate, or see the starting prices above.

Do you move furniture?

Yes. We move furniture to the center of the room, cover it, mask floors and put everything back when we're done.

What paint do you use?

Premium interior lines from Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore, in the sheen that fits each surface — flat or matte for ceilings, eggshell or satin for walls, semi-gloss enamel for trim and doors, mildew-resistant finishes for bathrooms.

Can you help choose colors?

Yes. We bring swatches, test samples on your walls and give honest advice on how colors read in South Florida light.

Do you paint exteriors too?

Yes — stucco walls, trim, doors and garage doors, with exterior-grade coatings for Florida sun and rain. See our exterior repaint in North Miami in the gallery above.

Do you repair drywall before painting?

Yes — small holes, dents and cracks are included. Larger water damage is quoted separately before we start.

How often should you repaint a house in Miami?

Interior walls typically last 5–10 years depending on traffic. Exterior paint takes more punishment from sun, rain and salt air, so plan on roughly 5–7 years for stucco exteriors — sooner if you see chalking, fading or cracks.

Do you paint kitchen cabinets?

Yes. Cabinets are cleaned, degreased, sanded, primed and finished with a hard enamel for a factory-like look — a fraction of the cost of new cabinets.
